Anna is on maternity leave at the moment. No classes are running until further notice. Thanks to everyone who has come and enjoyed a class. Do keep up your practice and Anna will be in touch when ready to start teaching again. Best wishes to everyone.

Yoga brings a sense of well being to adults, babies and children by building strength and flexibility in the body, creating energy, releasing tension and bringing a sense of deep relaxation and calm. 

Anna has been studying yoga for over 11 years and teaching for 6 years in Cambridge. She has trained in Thailand, America and England and continues to develop her own practice, study and teaching in the UK.

121 yoga
Individual sessions to meet your particular need: stress reduction, women’s health issues, general health and recovery issues.

Adult Yoga
Yoga classes for men and women to improve the health and condition of the whole body and mind. Suitable for beginners and those with some yoga experience.

Antenatal Yoga
BIrthlight trained teacher. Postures, breathing and relaxation for pregnancy and birth.

Birth Preparation Workshops
What to expect in labour, how your partner can help and accessing the natural skills and techniques you have to bring about a positive, calm and empowering a labour as possible.

Yoga for Women
A nurturing class for women to stretch, tone, energise and relax for women of all ages and shapes. Suitable for beginners and those with some yoga experience.

Postnatal Yoga & Baby Yoga
 
Regain your strength and shape after the birth o your baby. Guided relaxation and time to meet other mums. Baby yoga helps babies to grow in strength, health and happiness! Suitable from 6 weeks to 18 months.

Yoga Bears
Fun yoga and movement for mums and little ones up to 4 years old (younger siblings welcome). After releasing energy, each class finishes quietly with guided relaxation.

Yoga for Kids (3-6)
Classes to release energy and create a sense of calm.  We explore what children can do through yoga games, songs, stories, balances, stretches and quiet time. Parent/carer and siblings welcome to join in too.
