Yoga offers a holistic approach to improving your sense of well being through physical exercise, stress release and by bringing a sense of calm through relaxation.

Yoga in Cambridge offers classes for pregnant women, babies, postnatal women, toddlers and mums/carers. Antenatal yoga supports the body through pregnancy, preparing body and mind for labour.

Birth Preparation Workshops look in detail at the process of labour and how to make it as positive, calm and empowering experience as possible.

Postnatal yoga helps the body and mind to recover after giving birth. It helps to regain your strength and shape after the birth of your baby. In the first few months of being a new mum, yoga can help to improve sleep, release tension, calm the mind, bring energy, and create a sense of well being.

Baby Yoga develops bonding between mother and baby, aiding baby's sleep, physical development and having fun together. Baby yoga helps babies to grow in strength, health and happiness. SUitable from 6 weeks to mobile.

Yoga Bears helps little ones to release energy, developing body control and balance.It is for mobile babies and toddlers up to the age of 2 - 2 1/2. There is plenty of yoga for mum to do too!

Toddlerobics is a fun, energetic class for 2 - 4 year olds and mums/carers, where everyone can join in the moves and dance, stretch and tone to the music. After releasing energy, each class finishes quietly and calmly with guided relaxation.

Yoga for Women classes aim to bring strength, flexibility and well being to the whole body.
