Yoga
in Cambridge offers hatha yoga for adults. Hatha yoga
is ideal for men and women of all ages and fitness. It is a fantastic
way to strengthen and tone the body, leaving you feeling energized and
relaxed. Through regular yoga practise, you will gain greater flexibility
and range of movement in your muscles and joints, releasing stiffness,
improving posture and freeing the body from aches and pains. Breathing
exercises help to calm or energize the body and mind. During relaxation,
the body and mind release tension and stress, leaving you with a greater
sense of well being.
