Baby Yoga and Postnatal Yoga classes (6 wks to mobile)


These classes are a fun and relaxing way to exercise and very beneficial for mums/carers and babies.

Baby yoga helps to strengthen babies' bodies and develop co-ordination. It can help with digestion and bring relief to colicky babies and help to settle babies and improve sleep patterns. Fun and nurturing classes including movement, massage, rhymes and song.

Postnatal yoga strengthens and tones, as well as helps to realign the spine and release shoulder and back pain. Each class includes guided relaxation. At the end of each class, you will feel more energised, toned and relaxed. 

I've left each session feeling toned, upbeat, positive, relaxed and energised by your sessions, my baby is content after having so much fun- he really does squeal with excitement! It has allowed us to bond on another level and added some kind of special dynamic to our play at home as well (and to my pelvic floor and posture!)

A unique class, which offers a safe and stimulating environment for babies to play, explore and socialise while mums practice yoga around them! Stretch, tone, energise and relax in a fun and focused class that benefits both you and your little one.

Yoga mats, toys and snacks provided. No experience necessary!
