Thank you for all the exercise, fun and relaxation of your classes over the past couple of years, and especially for enabling all 3 of us to enjoy toddler yoga!"

Through story and songs, children enjoy all that yoga has to offer. These classes involve lots of fun, action, songs, rhymes, aerobics and yoga to promote a positive atmosphere where mums, babies and toddlers can exercise together. Exercise for mums is taught through instruction and sometimes with rhymes, music and songs so that your child enjoys joining in and copying your movements. There is plenty of opportunity to exercise together, in partner yoga and partner dancing!

These classes build on their natural love of movement, helping them to release energy by giving them new, interesting ways to move. Yoga helps to strengthen children’s bodies, developing their sense of co-ordination, balance and spacial awareness. These sessions promote exericse as fun and rewarding and enhance physical confidence.

Each session finishes with guided relaxation with quiet time snacks and soft toys for your little ones. At the end of each class, you will feel more energised, toned and relaxed.
