These classes are designed to bring tone, flexibility and strength, as well as offering a quiet sanctuary where you can relax. They are suitable for any woman at any age, including postnatal women; ideal for anyone who wants to make space for themselves, to de-stress and relax. The yoga postures will focus on increasing the strength and tone in all muscles, with particular focus on the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles, shoulders and spine. Each session will include breathing exercises and guided relaxation. At the end of each class, you will feel more energised, toned and relaxed.

Through regular yoga practise, you will gain greater flexibility and range of movement in your muscles and joints, releasing stiffness, improving posture and freeing the body from aches and pains. Breathing exercises help to calm the body and mind. During relaxation, the body and mind release tension and stress, leaving you with a greater sense of well being.
