10.00 - 10.50 Yoga
Bears continues on from Baby Yoga, once babies have become crawlers
or walkers. These classes involve lots of fun, action, songs, rhymes
and yoga and promote a positive atmosphere where mums and babies can
exercise together. Yoga for mums is taught through instruction and sometimes
with rhymes and songs so that your child enjoys your yoga practice too,
joining in and copying your movements. There is plenty of opportunity
to enjoy yoga together, in partner yoga. Your little one will soon become
familiar with the songs, rhymes and actions and will be keen to join
in. If your little one prefers to do their own movements and actions,
then that is fine too. The room is clean and safe and the class is designed
to give your child lots of fun and stimulation.
